Unfortunately, Blackberry Hill Farms is out of Hot Zucchini Relish. Blackberry Hill grows most of the vegetables right there on the farm so it will be available this summer when the zucchini are ready.

Blackberry Hill Off Season
What to do off-season?
It’s Fall now and a lot of the places you go to get your fix of Blackberry Hill are closing. So, I’m going to review places that I know sell it all year-long.
Kansas City area Price Chopper and Hen House stores. Both of these large retailers offer limited selections of Blackberry Hill Farms products. Look in the produce isles or ask an employee for assistance. If your desired variety is not available please notify a store manager. Requests do not guarantee that they will get it but it does show product demand. They’ll never get it if no one ever asks.
Local flea markets: There are 5 local flea markets that are stocked with a large selection of Blackberry Hill. As of this month (October, 2018) Koehn Family Produce is the supplier for these locations. If you visit one and can’t find what you want, let us know. We will be more than happy to add your request to the stock. These locations are: Apple Tree Mall in Branson, MO. Trade Fair in Harrisonville, MO. Fancy Flamingo Flea Market in Joplin, MO. Country Classic Antiques in Bolivar, MO. Past Time Antiques in Pittsburg, KS.
Harps Foods offers varied selections of Blackberry Hill in several of their Arkansas locations. Please visit Harps Foods store locator to find the location nearest you. You may want to call and find out if what you want is available before you drive there.
The Food Fair in Rich Hill, MO definitely has the biggest selection you will find in any store. This store is stocked by Blackberry Hill Farms and boasts a display of 50 cases of product. There you can find just about every product there is to offer. They have a huge display at the front of the store.
As for now, these are the places that I can say for a fact will have Blackberry Hill Products available all year long. As new areas are brought to my attention I will be sure to post them. Distributors do not always share their customer base so it is very possible that it can be found in some areas I don’t know about. If you know something I don’t, please share!!

Mennonite Markets Wind Down
Markets Winding Down
The beginning of September marks the start of wind down for the Mennonite Community Farm Markets. Come October they will be closed until Next May. The vegetable choices are thinning but they still have many unique items.
The store at Horton has the most beautiful hand made queen size quilt that I have ever seen. I’ts a blue diamond pattern–gorgeous! It’s pricy (which is why it is not on my bed right now), $400.00. Worth every penny no doubt although I found a very sweet Mennonite lady that will do quilts for $250-$300!!
The Horton store (actually all 3 of the markets) has a very wide selection of ointments. These products are made usually by the female family members. They have one for joint discomfort that I send to my friend in Texas. She is a 73-year-old nurse and says that it is a life saver for her. They have a salve that helps with breathing issues. I have never used it. It smells like Vick’s but not as potent.
I have also noticed more hand-made novelty type items. This confuses me a little because I have always been told that they don’t do “decorative” items. I wanted to buy pumpkin seed off of them 4 years ago for jack-o-lanterns and was told they only did “pie pumpkins”. Anyway, they have these little clothes pin holders that look like cute little lacy aprons.
Don’t forget about the baked goods! All of the markets have the most delicious goodies. The same yet different because whatever family is associated with that particular store is who makes the goodies. So, you can get the same item in two different stores that taste totally different. Everything is really good but without the extreme sugar rush that we are all used to. Personally I love it all!
Be sure to visit one of the markets before time runs out! See different items, get some awesome sweets, and talk to super nice people!

It’s a jam lovers’ dream! Get Blackberry Hill delivered from your local Kansas City Price Chopper store!
While looking around on the internet this week I noticed that Kansas City Price Chopper stores are offering delivery. I’m sure you would never find the entire product line in any one place other than this site (the jam house is not open to the public) but no doubt all the best sellers are there. According to the website, you can order all your groceries online and have them delivered to your door in as little as one hour…..definitely worth checking out!
Springfield Farmers’ Market
Blackberry Hill at the Farmers’ Market
The Greater Springfield Farmers’ Market is a great place to find great things….. Of course I’m talking about Blackberry Hill Farms! Just look for the Ozark Country Kitchen vendor. They have a nice selection of Blackberry Hill products along with delicious bakery items like cookies, pies, and cinnamon rolls. The market is open 8am-noon every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Located on the southeast corner of the Battlefield Mall parking lot.
