We do not accept returns. These are food products.

Refunds and replacements

When product is destroyed during the shipping process we will either replace the damaged product or refund the cost of the product.

Requests for product refund or replacement must include order number and photographs of damaged product and packaging. Please send images to henson@koehnfamilyproduce.com.
